David L. Rogers

 

I have been involved and training others for over 30 years.  I have trained all types of people e.g. military troops, law enforcement personnel, active athletes, and beginners.

My physical training/fitness includes receiving various types of training which include physical fitness training provided by the United States Marine Corps. As a marine, I had the honor and pleasure of training other marines and civilians in various areas which included physical fitness. I served in the USMC for over 10 years on active and reserve duty.

I have worked in law enforcement over 26 years. I have over 19 years of experience in Fitness, Defensive Tactics, Firearms, and Tactical Instruction. 

I have trained numerous law enforcement officers and other people in various types of physical fitness programs. I have had the honor and the pleasure of training and preparing others with the skills they are required to perform in their chosen careers which included training athletes, normal exercisers and those who have never been physically active. 

The greatest reward is providing motivation, coaching, dedication, and support to those I train and collaborate with. There is no greater joy than watching clients develop self-empowerment through progression and accomplishing their goals.

 

Physical exercise/wellness and mental focus are key to our bodies being our number one investment.
